The LA Neurological Society sponsors two annual contests, a case presentation contest for neurology residents and a neuroscience research contest.
Neurology Residents take turns presenting interesting cases they have encountered over the preceding year and audience members try to guess the diagnosis.
Current undergraduate, graduate, and professional school students can submit their original research to the contest. Selected finalists will make a live presentation to the society where a contest winner will be selected.
The Los Angeles Neurological Society reserves the right to refuse entry to contests. All decisions are final and all contest applicants agree to be bound by the decision of the Society Board Members. There are no promises or guarantees of receiving an award.
